A message dated July 28, 2014, was received stating the Governor                                                                
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                                                        
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                                                
                                                                                                                                
      HOUSE BILL NO. 357                                                                                                        
      "An Act relating to the purchase of alcoholic beverages at a club                                                         
      and to access by certain persons under 21 years of age to a club's
